Office of the Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission Announces Upcoming Educational Event
St. Michaels, Navajo Nation (ARIZ) – The Office of Navajo Nation Human Rights Commission will host a “Know Your Rights” seminar for Navajo citizens residing in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
The seminar will cover how to respond during encounters with U.S. Immigration, Customs, and Enforcement (ICE) agents and explain participant’s rights and responsibilities in such situations. An overview of the 2026 elections will be provided, including Navajo Nation election dates and deadlines.

Time: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST
Where: Phoenix Indian School Visitor Center 300 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012
